These terms cover your use of the StayZelo website at stayzelo.com. They do not govern a property's use of the StayZelo service itself — that is covered by a separate written agreement entered into before a property goes live.
Using this website
You may read this site, and share or link to it. You may not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated means to overload it.
Information on this site
We describe the product as accurately as we can, and we deliberately avoid claims we cannot support. Even so, the site is a general description rather than a specification: features, availability and pricing can change, and what applies to your property is what we agree with you in writing.
Where the site says StayZelo is free for the first month, that is a genuine offer. Its specific terms — start date, what happens at the end of the period, and the price after it — are agreed with each property directly before the free period begins.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we use what you send to reply and to follow up about StayZelo. Please do not send confidential information, guest personal data or payment details through those channels. See the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The StayZelo name, the content of this site and the software behind the product belong to us. Nothing here transfers any right to use the StayZelo name or branding without permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
Liability
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
